Cancellation Policy

At Bon Voyage Transportation, we understand that circumstances may arise which may change or cancel your travel plans.  Keeping that in mind, we will gladly credit your account for any reservation cancelled with a minimum of 5 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick up time.

We will credit your account the very next day.  Refunds will usually show on your account within 30 days or less.

We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within less than 5 hours of pick up time or in the event of a no show without notification.

For faster service, please cancel your reservation by phone and not by email.
